refractive index = speed is out the in air/ speed of light in glass
3/2= light in air / light in glass
speed of light in glass = 2/3 * speed of light in air
speed of light in glass = (2 * 3*10^8)/3
speed of light in glass = 2 * 10^8
because 3 cancels out
