the answer is 90°
This is because when the Ray of light is falling perpendicularly, then they enter the medium at same time. As a result they deviate at equal Angles.. hence there is no refraction

Answer:
A ray of light passing from one medium to other will not change its direction, if the angle of incidence is 0 degree
Explanation:
When the angle of incidence is 0 degree, the light ray travels parallel to another medium or perpendicular to the normal plane. The ray does not reflect or refract. So it has no deviation and does not change its direction.
