A ray of light strikes a plane mirror such that it's angle of incidence is 60. What angle does the reflected ray make with the mirror surface?

Therefore, 60+ angle made with mirror=90

If the angle of incidence is 60 then obviously the angle of reflection is also 60.

But we have to find the angle between the plane so the answer is 30

Bcoz angle at which the normal stays is is at 90degree and if the angle of reflection. Is same so 90-60 is 30
