BC=

 \sqrt{1 + 1}  =  \sqrt{2}

OB=OC=1/√2

O=(7/2,5/2)

AC=AB

 \sqrt{ {4}^{2}  + { ( \beta  - 3 )}}^{2}  =  \sqrt{ {3}^{2} +  {( \beta  - 2)}^{2}  }

Squaring on both sides

We get

β =7/11
