90-60=30
30=3/2
30×2=3
60/3=20

eku2: answer is 45degree
Anmol9988: how

Refractive index doesn't matter here. We all know that the angle of incidence is always equal to the angle of reflection.... Same applies for-
"THE ANGLE OF INCIDENCE IS ALWAYS EQUAL TO THE ANGLE OF REFRACTION".

Therefore, angle of reaction = 60°

Hope this helps...

Anmol9988: no
LaibaUK: i think so...
eku2: Snell’s Law states that- there is a constant relation between the angle of incident ray ( i ) and angle of refracted ray ( r ). This constant is the refractive index of second medium relative to the first medium.

Where n 1 is the refractive index of first medium i.e. air here and n 2 is the refractive index of second medium i.e. glass slab here, v 1 is the speed of light in first medium and v 2 is the speed of light in second medium.

.. i think this can also be the answer
