y + x = 180
y + 30 = 180
y = 180-30
y = 150
y + 30 = 180
y = 180-30

Given. A ray Stands on a Line...
So x and y are supplement of each other...
So x+y=180°
→30°+y=180°
→y=180°-30°=150°
So y is 150° if x and y are supplement of each other OR if they are in a linear pair...
And Since only a Ray is Given. y cannot be opposite to x but only linear or adjacent so...
y=150° is your answer...
