A real message from real Sebastian face Michael. What does it mean?

Michael used to get message from the the name Sebastian Shultz during the game or to suggest to play a particular game. During an accident Sebastian's memory was trapped in the game and same game was brought by Michael. When Michael succeeded in saving Sebastian in the game Sebastian was able to get out of coma. After getting up from coma he messaged Michael. This message was not from  virtual Sebastian but from the Real life Sebastian Shultz.
