Simply multiply by 3 

38 x 3 = 114 table spoons of salt required for 3 pizza crusts

3 pizza crust -------------  x

by cross multiplication :-

x = 38*3
   = 114

therefore 3 pizza crusts will require 114 tablespoon of salt .
