The area of the square = (24*24) m^2

                                      = 576 m^2

So, the area of the rectangle is 576 m^2

Therefore, breadth of the rectangle = (576/36) m

                                                            = 16 m

(Ans): 16 m.

length of side of square = 24m

Area = (24 × 24)m^2 = 576m^2

length of rectangle = 36m

Area of rectangle = Area of square = 576m^2

breadth of rectangle = (576/36)m = 16m

Perimeter of square = 96m

Perimeter of rectangle = 104m

Thus the perimeter of rectangle is greater.
