Answer:

The solution of the given problem is here,

Given,

Rectangle of 7 cm long

Rectangle of 4 cm wide

Solution: –

For calculating rectangular wire length calculate perimeter of rectangle

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2 × length + 2 × breadth

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2×7 cm+2×4 cm

Perimeter of a rectangle = 14 cm + 8 cm

Perimeter of a rectangle = 22 cm

So, the answer is –

22 cm wire will be needed to make a rectangle of 7 cm long and 4 cm wide.

Area of Rectangle = Length × Breadth

= 20 m × 15 m

= 300

To find = No. of tiles needed

Making Units Same

= 300 × 100 = 30000 cm

So,

No. of Tiles = 30000 cm ÷ ( Area of Tile )

= 30000 cm ÷ ( 20 × 20 )

= 30000 cm ÷ 400 cm

= 75 tiles

Prise for tiling = No. of Tiles × Cost of 1 tile

= 75 × 650

= 48,750
