A rectangle has a length (x2 + 4y) unit and a breadth of (-2x + y3) unit. Find its perimeter.​

Answer:

length \:  = x {}^{2}  + 4y

breadth \:  =  - 2x + y {}^{3}

perimeter \: of \: rectangle=2(l+b)

 = 2(x {}^{2}  + 4y + ( - 2x + y {}^{3})

 = 2(x {}^{2}  + 4y - 2x + y {}^{3} )

 = 2x {}^{2}  + 8y - 4x + 2y {}^{3}

 = 2y {}^{3}  + 2x {}^{2}  + 8y - 4x
