A rectangle has a perimeter measuring 64 feet. The length is 4 feet more than 3 times the width. Find the dimensions of the rectangle​

Here is ur answer,

Perimeter of rectangle = 2 (l+b)

Width of rectangle be x.

length of rectangle = 3x+4.

Perimeter = 3x+4+x

=> 4x+4

=> 4x+4 = 64.

=> 4x= 60.

=> x = 15

So, width = 15feet

length = 3 (15)+4

= 49
