Length of the rectangle = 40 units and
Breadth of the rectangle = 9 units
By using the Pythagoras Theorem we can find the diagonal of the rectangle
i.e., diagonal squared= length squared + breadth squared
⇒(40)²+ 9²
= 1600 + 81
= 1681
Therefore length of the diagonal = √1681
= 41 units
