area = 40 \times 25 = 1000 \:  {m}^{2}  \\ after \:  \: increase \\ length = 40 \times 1.15 = 46 \\ breadth = 25 \times 1.15 = 28.75 \\ new \:  \: area = 46 \times 28.75 = 1322.5 \:  {m}^{2}  \\ \% \: increase \:  \: in \:  \: area  \\ =  \frac{1322.5 - 1000}{1000}  \times 100 = 32.25 \: \%
