a rectangle has the area equal to that of a square of side 80 cm if the breadth of the rectangle is 20 cm find its length

Side of Square=80cm
Therefore Area=(Side)^2
=(80)^2
=6400cm^2

Area Of Square=Area of Rectangle
Area of Rectangle=L*B
6400=L*20
6400/20=L
320cm=Length

given side of square = 80cm
area = 80x80= 6400cm square
it is also equal to the area of rectangle
so, area of rectangle = 6400 cm
length of rectangle = 6400/20
=320 cm
