A rectangle is 1600 cm long and 600 cm board . Find its length and breadths in metres and area in sq m.

thus length=16m
breadth=6m
area of rectangle=length×breadth
=16×6
=96sqcm

→Breadth = 600 cm => 6 m


➡Area of Rectangle = Length × Breadth


=> 6 × 16


=> 96 m²



➡Its dimensions are 16 m and 6 m respectively.
