Given :- A rectangle is 52 millimeters long and 20 millimeters wide. What is its area in cm² squared ?

Answer :-

we know that,

  • Area of rectangle = Length * Breadth .

so,

→ Length of rectangle = 52mm

→ Breadth of rectangle = 20 mm

then,

→ Area of rectangle = L * B = 52 * 20 = 1040 millimeters² .

now,

→ 1mm² = 0.01 cm²

→ 1040 mm² = 1040 * 0.01 = 10.4 cm² (Ans.)
