The breadth of the rectangle is 3 cm

Let length = L cm

So by the given condition

$\sf{2(L + 3) = 20}$

$\sf{ \implies \: (L + 3) = 10}$

$\sf{ \implies \: L = 10 - 3}$

$\sf{ \implies \: L = 7}$

Hence the required length = 7 cm
