Hey mate here is your answer.

Let the lenght be x.

A/q l x b = area

so, x X 4 cm = 64sq cm

x= 64sq cm = 16 cm

4cm

then, perimeter = 2(l+b)

=> 2(16+4)

=> 2x 20

=> 40 cm Ans

Here is your answer :-⭐

A/q_
Area of rectangle = 64sq cm

Breadth = 4cm.

area \: of \: rectangle = l \times b \\  \\  64 = l \times 4 \\  \\  \frac{64}{4}  = l \\  \\ l = 16cm

Now,

perimeter \: of \: rectangle \\  = 2(l + b) \\  \\  = 2(16 + 4) \\  \\  = 2 \times 20 \\  \\  = 40cm \:  \: answer

Hope it helps!!
