b=12cm
area =l×b
=(20×12)cm2

second rectangle
l=x
b=8cm
area=240cm2
l=area/breadth
l=240/8
length=30cm

L1 =20

B1 = 12

Area = 20*12

= 240

B2=8 cm

So, 240 = l2*b2

240 = l2*8

L2 = 240/8
