Let the length be 6x an breath be 5x

Perimeter of rectangle= 2(6x +5x)
=2(11x)
=22x

Time= 2minutes
=2/60hours
=1/30hours

Speed=distance/time
19.8km/h=22x/1/30
19.8=22x*30
19.8/(22*30)=x
0.03km=x
0.03*1000m=x
30m=x

Length =6x
=6*30
=180m

Breath=5x
=5*30
=150m

Area=length*breath
=180m*150m
=27000m^2
