Step-by-step explanation:

perimeter of a rectangle is given by 2( length+breadth)

using formula

2(l+b)=98

2{(6x-2)+(2x+3)}=98

2(8x+1)=98

8x+1=49

8x=48

x=6

so 2(3x-1)= 2(3×6-1)=34

2x+3= 2×6+3=15

dimensions are 34cms and 15 cms
