We know that Perimeter of Rectangle is 2(l+b)
We can write 12 1/2 as 25/2 and 10 2/3 as 32/3.
So, 2[(25/2) + (32/3)] = 2 (139/6)
= 139/3 or 46 1/3 = 46.334 cm.
