If the paper is rolled along its length
r=35/2 ,h=28

Volume =πr^2h
=π×35/2×35/2×28
=8575π

If the paper is rolled along its breadth
r=28/2=14. h=35
Volume=π×14×14×35
=6860π

Difference in volume=8575π - 6860π
=1715π
=1715×22/7
=245×22
=5390 cm^3
