Given
h= 6ft
l= 2.5b
b = b
volume of water = 2940ft³

volume of pool = volume of water
l \times b \times h = volume \: of \: water
2.5b × b × 6 = 2940
15b² = 2940
b² = 2940 ÷ 15
b² = 196
b = √196
b = 14ft

if b = 14ft,
hence l = 2.5b
= 2.5 × 14
= 35ft

hence, l = 35ft
b = 14ft
