The sides of rectangle are 4 cm and 3 cm, hence the diagonal is (3^2 + 4^2)^1/2 = (9 + 16)^1/2 = 25^1/2 = 5
This will become the diameter of the circle hence area of circle = 22/7 x 2.5 x 2.5 = 3.14 x 6.25 = 19.625
Area of rectangle = 4 x 3 = 12 sq cm
Hence area enclosed between circle and rectangle = 19.625 - 12 = 7.625 sq cm
