a perimeter b area of the rectangle.

let breadth is b cm

$\frac{2}{1} = \frac{20}{b}$

$2b = 20$

$b = \frac{20}{2}$

$b = 10 \: cm$

first part

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

$= 2(20 + 10)$

$= 2(30)$

$= 60 \: cm$

second part

area of rectangle = l X b

$= 20 \times 10$

$= 200 \: {cm}^{2}$
