let breadth is b cm

 \frac{2}{1}  =  \frac{20}{b}

2b = 20

b =  \frac{20}{2}

b = 10 \: cm

first part

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

 = 2(20 + 10)

 = 2(30)

 = 60 \: cm

second part

area of rectangle = l X b

 = 20 \times 10

 = 200 \:  {cm}^{2}
