Max pressure = 16000N/m²

P = F÷A

Min pressure = F÷max area                   Max area in m²= (10×20)÷10,000

Force = mass×gravitational pull                                        = 0.02

m= density×volume                                    Min P= 64÷0.02

density=8000kg/m³                                              =3200N/m²                                        

volume in m³= (4×10×20)÷1,000,000

                     =0.08m³

m= 8000×0.08

   =6.4kg

F=mg

 =6.4×10

 =64N

Max pressure= F÷min area                         Max P= 64÷0.004

F= 64N                                                                    = 16,000N/m²

Min area in m²=(10×20)÷10,000

                      =0.004
