The tin sheet required if the box has a lid also  is 37000 sq.cm.

Step-by-step explanation:

Length of box = 40 m = 400 cm

Breadth of box = 25 cm

Height of box = 20 cm

Total surface area of cuboid box = 2(lb+bh+hl)

                                                       = 2(400 \times 25 +25 \times 20+20 \times 400)

                                                       = 37000 cm^2

Hence The tin sheet required if the box has a lid also  is 37000 sq.cm.
