A rectangular coil of length 50 cm and breadth 10 cm containing 10 turns is placed in a magnetic field of induction 0.1 T such that the plane of the coil is perpendicular to the field. If the coil is rotated through 180° , the change of flux linked with the coil is​

  • Change in flux when it is rotated by 180 degree ,is given by:

Δϕ=nBAcos(π) nBAcos(0) = −2nBA

Δϕ = - 2 × 10 × 0.1 ×(0.5×0.1)

Δϕ = 0.1 weber.
