Answer:

n = 21 .

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:-

breadth = 378 cm

length = 525 cm

The number of tiles will be minimum if size of each marble is maximum.

Converting "metre" into "Cm".

Dimensions are as 378 cm & 525 cm.

3.78 meters =378 cm = 2 × 3 × 3 × 3 × 7

5.25 meters=525 cm = 5 × 5 × 3 × 7

Hence common factors are 3 and 7

Hence LCM = 3 × 7 = 21

Hence, n is  21 .

Solution:-

Dimensions of the Rectangular Courtyard is 3.78m & 5.25m.

Converting "metre" into "Cm".

Dimensions are as 378cm & 525cm.

To Find Out the value of "n", we need to find the Common Factor of the Dimension. The Common Factor of both the Number will be the Largest side of the Tiles.

It can be written as:-

378 = 3 × 3 × 3 × 7 × 2.

525 = 3 × 7 × 5 × 5.

From above,

The Common Factor of 378 & 525 is 3×7.

=> 21.

Hence,

The Value of "n" is "21".
