Let Breadth be b then. Length = 2b

So, area, b*2b = 14450
       so, b² = 7225
   so, b = 85 m

Hence , l = 2b = 2*85 = 170 m

So, Perimeter = 2(l+b) = 2(170+85) = 510 m

Area = length x width      A = L x W     14450 = (2w) x w   <--- length is twice the width   14450 = 2w^2   7225 = w^2   w = 85   Length is Area/Width = 14450/85 = 170   Perimeter = 2 * length + 2 * width                 = 2 * 170 + 2* 85                = 510
