Let Breadth be b then. Length = 2b

So, area, b*2b = 14450
       so, b² = 7225
   so, b = 85 m

Hence , l = 2b = 2*85 = 170 m

So, Perimeter = 2(l+b) = 2(170+85) = 510 m
