find the perimeter of the rectangular field... itz 42 m
its given that the width is 7 m therefore radius of semicircle is 3.5m
then fimd the perimeter of the semicircle...
after getting the perimeter of both add them up..

Length of fencing=
$\pi \: r \: + 14 + 14 + 7$
28 + 7 + 11 ( because r= 7/2)
= 46 m ; which is the required length of fencing.
