length = 33/2
breath =64/5
perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+ b )
= 2(65+128/10 )
= 2×193/10
= 386/10

Concept:

Perimeter is the total length of the dimension of an object. Every object has dimensions so, every object is bound to have a perimeter.

Given:

The length of the field,

15 \times \frac{2}{3}  =  \frac{47}{3} m

The breadth of the field,

12 \times \frac{4}{5}  =  \frac{64}{5}m

Find:

Find the perimeter of the rectangular field.

Solution:

Applying the formula of the perimeter of a rectangle,

peimeter = 2(l + b)

therefore we get,

p = 2( \frac{47}{3}  +  \frac{64}{5} ) \\ p = 2( \frac{235 + 192}{15} ) \\ p = 2 \times  \frac{427}{15}  \\ p =  \frac{854}{15}  \\ p = 56.93m

Hence, the perimeter of the rectangular field is

56.93m
