Step-by-step explanation:

Perimeter of the first rectangle is

P=2(L+W)

P=2(15+10)

P=2(25)

P=50metres

Second rectangle

P=50metres

Sides are in the ratio of 4:1

Take the total of the ratio which is 4+1=5

Therefore 50m=5

Divide both sides by 5 to get

10m =1

4:1=x:10

4:1=(10×4):10

40:10

Therefore the sides are 40m by 10m
