Solution:

It is given that A rectangular field is 25 metre long and 27 metre .

  • Length of field = 25 m
  • Breadth of field = 27 m

Now, According to the Question's Statement!

Statement:" area of a square field is equal to the area of the rectangular field".

Area of Rectangular field = 25 × 27

Area of Rectangular field = 675 m²

Now, Area of Square = 675 m² [ As Per Statement ]

Side of Square = 25.98 m

Perimeter of Square = 4 × 25.98

Perimeter of Square = 103.92 m

Therefore, Required Perimeter of Square is 103.92 m .

Given,

Length of rectangle = 25m

Width of rectangle = 27m

Area of rectangle = l×b = 27 × 25 = 675

According to the problem,

Area of rectangle = Area of Square

Therefore, area of square = S×S = 675m^2

Side = √675

= 25.98

Perimeter of square = 4S = 4 × 25.98

Thus, the perimeter of rectangle = 103.9m
