Perimeter of the rectangular field =2(l+b)where l and b are the length and breadth of the rectangular field⇒200=2(l+40)⇒l+40=100⇒l=60 mArea of the rectangular field =lb =60×40

=2400 m²

Answer 2

Perimeter = 2( length+breadth)

Length = 625 m

Breadth = 200 m

Perimeter = 2×(625+200)

= 2×825

= 1650 m

1km = 1000m

Perimeter = 1.65km
