Therefore perimeter =2(l + b ) = 2(70 +90)m = 2 × 160m = 320m.

Total distance to cover = 320 × 5 m = 1600m.

Speed of the man = 4km/hr.= 4000m/60min = 200m/3min

Therefore time taken to cover 5 rounds

= Distance/Speed = 1600m/200m ×3min = 24min.
