b=16

perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)

=2(106)

=212

perimeter of square =212

4a =212

a= 212/4=53

now area of rectangle =lb=90×16=1440

area of square =a^2=53^2=2859

square has more area

difference =2859-1440=1419
