Cost of the flower beds would be ₹326.56.

Step-by-step explanation:

Length of the rectangular field = 6 meter

Breadth of the field = 4 meter

Area of semicircle  = \frac{(\pi r^2)}{2}

Area of flower beds a and b = 2(\frac{\pi r^2}{2})

π = 3.14

r = 6/2 = 3 m

= 2(\frac{3.14\times3\times 3}{2} )

= 2 × 14.13

= 28.26 meter²

Area of flower beds c and d :

r = 4/2 = 2 meter

= 2(\frac{3.14\times 2\times 2)}{2}

= 2 × 6.28

= 12.56 meter²

Total area of four semi circular flower beds = 28.26 + 12.56

                                                                        = 40.82 meter²

Cost of raising the flower bed  = 8.00 per meter²

Cost of total flower beds = 40.82 × 8 = 326.56 Rs.

Cost of the flower beds would be ₹326.56.
