Area of floor = l x b
= 1800 x 1200
= 2160000 cm ^ 2
Area of tile = 45 x 30
= 1350 cm ^ 2
Total no. of tiles required = area of floor/. area of tile.
= 2160000/1350
= 1600
Therefore no. of tiles required are 1600
