for square tile,

side=60 cm

area of  square tile = side *side

                                 =60*60

                                  =3600 cm


no.of tiles required * area of squaretile= area of rectngular floor

x                                                              =6120/3600

                                                                =61200/36000

                                                               = 1.7

1.7 tiles are required
