\textbf {\underline {\underline {Step-By-Step\:Explanation}}}

\huge\sf\purple {Given:}

  • Length and breadtg of Rectangular garden is 3o m and 25 m , respectively.
  • Width of the path inside 2.5 m

\huge\sf\blue {To\:Find:}

  • Area of the path

\huge\sf\pink {Formula\:used}

  • Area of rectangle = length × breadth

\huge\underline\green {\tt Solution:}

For Outer rectangle,

Area = length × breadth

= 30 × 25

= 750  m^2

Now,

➡ To find Inner length :

30 - ( 2.5 + 2.5 )

= 30 - 5

= 25 m

➡ To find Inner breadth/width

25 - ( 2.5 + 2.5 )

= 25 - 5

= 20 m

\sf\blue {Inner\:Area}

= 25 ×20

= 500  m^2

Now,

\sf\green {Area\:of\:Path} = outer area - Inner area

= 750 - 500

= \sf\green {250}

Hence,

The area of the path is \sf\red {250}\: m^2 .
