length of rectangular plot=175m
breadth of rectangular plot= 96m

for fencing, we need to find the perimeter of the rectangle which is given by---
2(l+b)
2(175+96)
2 X271=542m

cost of fencing= perimeter X rate
= 542 X 17.50
= 9485rs..

Now for ploughing,
we need to find the area

So area of rectangular field= l X B
=175 X 96
=16800 sq. m

cost of ploughing= area x rate
= 16800 X 4.50
= 75600 rs....
