A rectangular garden is 185m long and 220m wide. It has two roads in its centre of uniform width of 4m, one parallel to its length and the other parallel to its breadth. Find the cost of levelling the roads RS.2.50 per square meter​

Area of horizontal road= 225m×5m=1125m

Area of vertical road=175m×5m=875m

Rate: Rs.3 per m

So, total cost=1975m
