First, we will find the area of garden =32m ×23m=736 square metres.

Then we will find the area of garden along with the path:-

Length of garden and path=32m +1.5m+ 1.5 m=32m

Wide of garden along with path =23m+1.5m+ 1.5m=26 m

Now, we will calculate the area of garden along with path=26m×35m= 910m

Area of path= 910 square metres -736 square metres =174 square metres.

Explanation is given in image.
