➙ Area of the rectangle ' A '

= Length × Breath

= 25 × 10

= 250m²

= $\mathtt\red{ length = 25+2 = 27m }$

= $\mathtt\red{ breath = 10+2 = 12m }$

➙ Area of rectangle ' B '

= Length × Breath

= 27 × 12

= 324m²

➙ Area of path :

= Rectangle B - Rectangle A

= 324 - 250

= 74m²
