Dimensions of lawn= 45×25 metres

width of path= 2 metres

AREA OF LAWN:-

Length×Breadth

25×45

= 1125^2 metres

AREA OF LAWN+PATH:-

(25+2+2)×(45+2+2)

=29×49

= 1421^2 metres

AREA OF PATH:-

(Area of lawn+path)-(Area of lawn)

1421-1125

296^2 metres

COST OF GRAVELLING THE PATH:-

(Area of lawn)×(cost of gravelling per metre)

296×4.30

=1272.8 rs

Hence,the cost of gravelling the path at the rate of 4.30 rs per metre is 1272.8 Rupees.
