Area of grassy lawn = 38*25 m^2 = 950 m^2
The rectangle formed by the gravelled path plus grassy lawn has the size (38+2*2.5) m by (25+ 2*2.5)m.
The area of this rectangle = 1290 m^2

Area of gravelled path = 340 m^2
Cost = 340 * 120 Rs = Rs 40,800

Area of lawn = 38×25=950m2
Area of full plot = (38+2×2.5)×(25+2×2.5)
=43×30=1290m2
Area of path = 1290-95=340m2
cost = 340×120
