First we must find the area of the "remaining portion".
Area of the remaining portion= area of rectangular ground- area of tank.
Area of rectangular ground= l x b= 90x 32=2880 m sq.
Area of circular tank= 2 x pi x r= 2x 22/7x 32=201.14 m sq.
Area of remaining portion= 2880-201.14= 2678.86.
Now to find the cost we have to multiply rate and area
rate x area=cost.
Therfore cost=2678.86 x 50= 133943
The answer is Rs 1,33,943.
